Our focus is to implement and manage IT best practices as we work with owners and key executives to explore ways to leverage technology, people and process to solve key business challenges.
Walter Fawcett

Walter Fawcett established Fawcett Technology Advisors in 2009 in order to address the lack of technology vision and leadership that prevents most small businesses from effectively using technology to drive profitability, corporate value and competitiveness. Walter has over 20 years of experience in technology and business consulting. His primary expertise is the ability to bridge the gap between business strategy, technology solutions and the people required to use the technology.

His 20-year career includes a variety of leadership and executive roles with technology companies specializing in consulting, application development and network infrastructure including 4 years with IBM Consulting Group, Integration Technologies, inhouseIT and Affinity Development Group. Additionally, Walter is very active in the Orange County business and non-profit community. He is the president and co-founder of Saddleback United Soccer Club. He serves as a Director for the Orange County Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and is an advisor for the Center for Hispanic Leadership. Walter is also a member of Newport Beach chapter of Business Forum International and the Center for Innovation and Humanity.

Walter lives in South Orange County with his wife and 3 kids. His wife, Joy Fawcett, is an inductee into the National Soccer Hall of Fame. Her 17-year National Team career included 2 Olympic Gold Medals and 2 World Cup Championships.

   
Kris Carter

Kris Carter joined Fawcett Technology Advisors in early 2011 as a Partner and Principal Consultant bringing 12 years of information technology and business consulting to the firm. Kris possesses a strong background in network infrastructure design and implementation along with a unique ability to simplify complex technical issues into cross-functional business terms that enable business owners and executives to make informed decisions on technology.

Prior to joining Fawcett Technology Advisors, Kris served as a Senior Engineer for inhouseIT. His consulting work has been primarily with executives and business owners in assessing and providing technical information in such a way that their management teams could make informed business decisions. He focuses on quickly understanding situations, identifying needs, establishing options for remediation, generating of action plans and operating as a liaison with technical and business teams during transitions.

Kris is currently completing his MBA at Pepperdine University's Graziadio School of Business & Management and he serves as the Director for Small Business Outreach for the Pepperdine’s Graziadio Alumni Network Council. Kris lives with his wife and two daughters in Orange County.
